• Dual power (patented) provides versatility. Weld from 230 volt wall power in the shop to eliminate fuel costs, noise, and engine wear or weld off engine-driven power in the field to maximize portability.

• Compact and portable, at 275 lbs, the Renegade 180 comes standard with running gear making it truly one-man portable. The compact dimensions make this unit ideal for work trucks or shops with limited space for tools or equipment.

• Solid or flux cored wire welding package is capable of welding mild steel 24 gauge – 5/16 inch (0.8 – 7.9 mm) with wall power and 24 gauge – ¼ inch (0.8 – 6.4 mm) with generator power.

• Premium gas engine drive with air-cooled, overhead valve features designed for reliability. Available in recoil or electric start.

• 5000 watts Accu-Rated™ peak generator power. Both 120 V and 240 V power available for running a plasma cutter, power tools, lights, small appliances, or for emergency power backup. Miller provides the strongest and most reliable generator power. Our Accu-Rated, not inflated, standard for measuring generator power guarantees delivery of all the power its machine promises.

• Plastic hub with retaining ring is able to hold 4 or 8-inch wire spools.

• Optional Features:
  • Direct connect spoolgun. The Renegade is Spoolmate 100-ready to accommodate aluminum welding needs.
  • Gas cylinder mounting kit to maximize portability when using solid wire and shielding gas. The kit includes mounting brackets, retaining strap, regulator and a gas hose.
