Credit ApplicationBaker's Gas & Welding Supplies, Inc. accepts credit purchases from our approved, U.S.-based customers. Our account terms are Net 10 unless other terms have been pre-approved. To obtain an account please fill out our credit application and fax to 419-335-2220.
Our Accounting Dept will process your Credit Application upon receipt. It can take up to one week to process an application. Once we have made the decision we will contact you and let you know if the account was approved. Please let us know if you need your application expedited due to an urgent order and we will do what we can to help. Once your company has been approved for credit you will be able to fax or email us Purchase Orders. Please use our fax order form and fax them to 419-335-2220. PAYMENT TERMS – Standard payment terms are Net 30 Days with prior credit approval. A monthly service charge of the lesser of 1 ½ % or the maximum permitted by law may be added to all accounts not paid within 30 days. Seller accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Other methods of payment include Paypal or wire transfers. All payments are to be made in U.S. dollars.
