Holiday Shipping Times: Receive your order by Christmas!

The last day UPS will be delivering prior to Christmas is Friday December 23rd, 2016. You will need to select the following delivery option to receive your order on that day.
  • Thursday, December 22nd, 2016: Next Day Air.
  • Wednesday, December 21st, 2016: Second Day Air.
  • Tuesday, December 20th, 2016: Three Day Select.
  • See map below to determine if your package will arrive via UPS Ground.

  • ***Delivery Dates only apply to orders where ALL items are in stock.***
How long should I expect my shipment to take?
Although we carry a large inventory, we may not have your item in stock or in the quantity ordered. These items have to be ordered from the manufacturer/vendor before we can send them out. If you need one of products in an expedited manner, please contact us by phone at 877-930-5690 Mon. - Fri. between 8AM & 5PM to check our inventory levels.

  • In Stock Items:
    • If an order is placed BEFORE 3pm (EST) we will ship out the order that day if the items are in stock.
    • If an order is placed AFTER 3pm (EST) we will ship the order the next day if the items are in stock.


  • Expedited Orders:
    • Check Availability - Please call 877-930-5690 Mon. - Fri. 8am-5pm EST to check availability of items needed for expedited shipping.
    • If expedited shipping is needed, please ensure to have your order placed BEFORE 3pm (EST) we will ship out the order that day if the items are in stock.
    • If expedited shipping is needed and we receive the order AFTER 3pm (EST) we will ship the order the next day if the items are in stock.
    • If expedited shipping is needed and the items requested are not in stock, we will notify customers via email and a phone call when the order is processed. We will still ship your item via the selected expedited service once we receive the items into our warehouse.


***NOTE*** If an item you ordered is not in stock you will be contacted by email the day you placed the order (Before 5pm EST) M-F and your order status will be updated to one of the following:
  • Processing Order Status
    • If your order status reads "Processing Order," your order will ship in 1-3 business days from our warehouse. If there are any changes to the status of your order, you will be notified by email.
  • Temporarily Out of Stock Items:
    • These Items are currently not in our warehouse and have to be ordered. You will be given a lead-time through email. If you do not receive an email please contact us.
    • Your order will ship in 3-5 business days - This means that the item(s) that you ordered are common stock items for our vendors and will ship from our warehouse in 3-5 BUSINESS days.
    • Your order will ship in 6-10 business days - This means tht the item(s) that your ordered are on order from our vendors and are in the process of manufacturing or are made to order items. We have been given an extended lead time of 6-10 business days to receive the items from the vendor and will ship them from our warehouse as soon as they arrive from the vendor.
    • Backordered - This means that the item(s) that you ordered are on backorder from our vendor and we will ship your order as soon as it arrives to our warehouse.
