We will accomplish this by:

Keeping customers updated - We will notify our customers within 24 hours of their current order status on business days and no later than 10AM on Monday following the weekend.
We will deal with problems head on - We will get issues dealt with in a timely fashion and keep our customers informed on what is happening with their issue.
We will have excellent product knowledge - We will strive to know as much as possible about the products we are selling and if we don't know, we will research to find any information that a customer needs.
We will be transparent - If we mess up, we will admit it. We will also make every attempt to rectify the problem in the most timely fashion possible.
We will be honest - We will be straight forward in all transactions, issues, and information presented to our customers.
