If your item is a special order product, is on backorder or out of stock, or if you receive a notification with anything other than "processing order" in the message, we cannot ensure December 24th, 2008 arrival. You can find out if an item is in stock or if it will ship by calling 877-930-5690 during 8AM-5PM EST, Monday through Friday.
