The RS-228 uses wireless technology to send a signal from the tank to an inside base station. The station is the size of a pack of cards and can be placed in the kitchen, bedroom or any other convenient location in the home. The tank monitor fits all remote ready gauges. It's range, up to 150 ft., is ideally suited for the typical residential application. Click HERE to see our compatible gauge you can purchase. The base station has an easy-to-read display with both graphic and numerical read-outs of tank level. It includes low battery indicators for the base station and tank monitor.

Get accurate, up-to-the-minute LP gas level readings in your home. Place the base station in a convenient location such as the kitchen or bedroom. Then place the wireless tank monitor on your LP tank.

    Remote Monitor:
  • Weather Tight - Suitable for continuous outdoor exposure
  • Intrinsically Safe - Suitable for mounting anywhere on your LP tank
  • Wireless Operation - Can be placed up to 100 feet from the inside base station
  • Remote tank monitor requires 2 AA alkaline or lithium batteries
    Base Station:
  • Battery powered wireless system
  • Displays accurate LP Gas Tank Level readings numerically and graphically
  • Base Station requires 2 AAA alkaline batteries

NOTE: For the wireless tank meter to work properly, you may need the Dial Face that attaches to the gauge on your propane tank. This product only works with liquid-draw propane in home heating tanks.
