The RS-228 uses wireless technology to send a signal from the tank to an inside base station. The station is the size of a pack of cards and can be placed in the kitchen, bedroom or any other convenient location in the home. The tank monitor fits all remote ready gauges. NOTE: For the wireless tank meter to work properly, you may need the Dial Face that attaches to the gauge on your propane tank. This product only works with liquid-draw propane in home heating tanks.
