Shipping Policy

Shipping
Customers wishing to see what shipping costs will be on a particular order should add the items to their shopping cart. Then enter their zip code in the box and then click "Recalculate." This will giving the appropriate shipping cost based on the shipping option that is chosen.

Expedited Orders:

Check Availability - Please call 877-930-5690 Mon. - Fri. 8am-5pm EST to check availability of items needed for expedited shipping.
If expedited shipping is needed, please ensure to have your order placed BEFORE 3pm (EST) we will ship out the order that day if the items are in stock.
If expedited shipping is needed and we receive the order AFTER 3pm (EST) we will ship the order the next day if the items are in stock.
If expedited shipping is needed and the items requested are not in stock, we will notify customers via email and a phone call when the order is processed. We will still ship your item via the selected expedited service once we receive the items into our warehouse.

Free Shipping
Some orders qualify for free shipping. Free Shipping is only for the Contiguous 48 states. Bakersgas.com reserves the right to charge shipping on any order. Free Shipping will either be USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Any shipping upgrade will nullify the free shipping promotion.

Customers may select the type of shipping at time of order. We have the following options:

USPS Express Mail

*Bakergas.com reserves the right to ship via a different method than selected during the checkout process at their discretion.

UPS – Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air for shipments up to 150 pounds, shipments over 150 pounds will be sent via freight carrier. All material shipped via freight carrier must be unloaded by the receiver. Additional charges for special delivery and/or handling are at the customers expense and must be paid at time of delivery.

NOTE: UPS does not deliver to a PO BOX, so please supply an alternative mailing address, or your order may be delayed.

USPS:
- Parcel Post packages can weigh up to 70 pounds and measure up to 130 inches in combined length and distance around the thickest part. A surcharge applies to certain items including packages weighing over 35 pounds and certain shapes.
- Priority Mail is 2-3 days delivery. The maximum weight is 70 pounds, and the maximum size is 108 inches in length and distance around the thickest part combined.
- Express Mail is next day delivery by noon or by 3:00 pm to many destinations.
